OCR Awarding Body NVQ

ITQ designed by business for business.
  • iTQ is a new style of NVQ available at Levels 1, 2 and 3.
  • Level 1 NVQ for IT Users
  • Level 2 NVQ for IT Users
  • Level 3 NVQ for IT Users

 

Following a successful pilot scheme, iTQ is now available and replaces Levels 1, 2 and 3 NVQs in Using Information Technology (08679, 08680, 08681).

iTQ has been developed against the revised National Occupational Standards for Using IT, produced by e-skills UK, the Sector Skills Council for IT.

The qualification is extremely flexible, and adaptable to individual and business needs. Other qualifications (such as New CLAiT) can count towards the qualification.

OCR is at the forefront of the introduction of this new suite of qualifications and is working with some of the UK's most respected IT training providers and employers to ensure it works for both businesses and individuals
