In the present economic climate it is essential that employers and employees take every opportunity to keep their skills levels at a peak to meet the ever changing demands of the customer, the market, pressures from competition and changes in legislation. 

AD Services Scotland Ltd as a recognised training provider and assessment centre are in a unique position to help achieve these requirements by providing first class work based qualifications whereby your employees are able to gain a nationally recognised qualification known as an SVQ or an NVQ.  The letters SVQ are short for Scottish National Qualification, whereas the letters NVQ are short for National Vocational Qualification.  Both NVQ and SVQ qualifications are work based in that they are achieved by a worker proving competence to carry out their work to the standards set by the awarding bodies in line with the needs of their employer.

Performing Engineering Operations

This qualification being work based can be used as the first stage on the way to achieving an engineering modern apprentice certificate.  If you prefer the PEO can be a stand alone qualification in its own right proving that your employees can work safely, efficiently and effectively in a working environment; the PEO has the added value that like all level 2 SVQ or NVQ qualifications it is equivalent to a Standard Grade.
